Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with an exciting FinTech Company in Little Rock, to help them find a Senior Software Engineer for their organization.

This is a newly created position due to growth that will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences, while consistently adhering to best practices in design, development, and architecture.

What you will do: Develop and maintain both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) code, leveraging technologies like JavaScript (ReactJS), Node.js, or similarWrite clean, efficient, and reusable code for web applications and APIsEnsure responsive, user-friendly interfaces on the front end and build efficient, well-documented server-side logic on the back endCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver solutions that exceed client expectationsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow technically and professionallyContinuously evaluate and improve existing systems, optimizing for performance, scalability, and maintainabilityFoster a culture of innovation, promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the development teamPlay a key role in code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and technical excellenceAct as a technical leader and contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and the overall success of projects What you will have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred5+ years of related IT Development and delivery experienceTechnology company experience, preferredMastery-level experience in the following IT architecture and technology stacks (or equivalent)Full stack DevelopmentMobile Web and Mobile NativeHTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScriptAzure CloudUI/UX software enablement including frameworks and maintenance of said frameworksReactJS and NodeJSDatabase & storage experience (PostgreSQL, Blob, Azure Storage Account, etc.)Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Perks: Competitive salary, plus performance-based bonusHybrid capabilitiesStrong benefits and PTOChance to work with an ambitious group of entrepreneurs Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
