NextStage helps customers identify new contract opportunities by aggregating data from a variety of government databases.

Our integrated pipeline management and CRM helps score, organize, and track key proposal, teaming, and bid decisions.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work directly with the sales team to generate sales opportunities utilizing existing tools to facilitate growth campaigns for outbound prospecting.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and be rewarded accordingly.

Roles and responsibilities:Work with the sales team and Head of Sales to identify target accountsProspect accounts to generate qualified sales opportunitiesUse all tools at your disposal to get in touch with prospects - email, phone calls, LinkedIn, direct mail (get creative!) to meet and exceed revenue goalsIterate and refine our outbound sales process - experiment and learn from what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improveCollaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to continuously improve our platform based on prospect feedback We’re looking for someone with1-3 years of software sales/SDR experienceFamiliarity with the Government Contracting industryDemonstrated ability to generate sales in fast-paced, competitive situationsCreative, motivated, and innovative DNA - you enjoy challenges and love finding out-of-the-box ways to win and improveAmbition - we want to invest in your growth so you can develop your career.
