Technical Project Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced project leader to manage hardware engineering efforts across both legacy and next-gen product lines.

The right candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, overseeing initiatives from concept through delivery.

This team plays a vital role in shaping technology used in critical infrastructure across the country—so a passion for precision, process, and purpose is key!

Responsibilities:\t\t Manage projects for existing hardware products and support new product launches\t\t\t Own project planning, resource coordination, and execution across departments\t\t\t Deliver clear updates to leadership and proactively address risks\t\t\t Lead engineering reviews to ensure functional and business alignment\t\t\t Drive process and product improvements through cross-team collaboration\t\t\t Ensure quality and compliance throughout all phases of development\t\t\t Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers\t Required Qualifications & Experience:\t\t Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Firmware preferred)\t\t\t 7+ years in hardware product development or related engineering leadership roles\t\t\t 2+ years of hands-on experience managing mid-to-large scale engineering projects\t\t\t PMP certification\t\t\t Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle\t\t\t Familiarity with project management software tools\t\t\t Exceptional communication and organizational skills\t Nice to Have Skills & Experience:\t\t Background in electronic or mechanical hardware design\t\t\t Experience with product qualification testing and risk mitigation\t\t\t Exposure to matrixed or cross-functional team structures\t Perks & Benefits:\t\t Strong compensation package\t\t\t Paid holidays and generous PTO\t\t\t Medical, dental, and vision insurance options\t\t\t 401(k) with employer match\t\t\t Tuition assistance & employee training programs\t\t\t Pet insurance and other lifestyle perks\t Other Information:\t\t Role is based onsite in Boulder, CO\t\t\t Minimal travel required (approx.
