Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright – 2nd Shift Our client is seeking candidates with manufacturing maintenance experience for their 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright opening in Bristol, NH.

You’ll use your mechanical skills to ensure smooth operation of the company’s facility.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright – 2nd Shift Perform repairs and assigned preventive maintenance on production machinery and facilities in accordance with company and OSHA requirementsAssist in the adjustments, repair, or replacement of parts/machinery on various production and assembly equipment, conveyers, mixers, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, electrical motors, etc.

Troubleshoot and repair computer-controlled equipment including sensors, switches, wiring, and programmable logic controllers (PLC)Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications of the Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright – 2nd Shift Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing maintenance positionHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, air compressors, and electrical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and work independently to repair/resolve issues on production machinery and equipmentAdvanced knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems and HAZMAT systemsValid driver’s license Training will take place on 1st shift before switching to typical 2nd shift hours.
