Back End Developer (Node.js)

Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript) Location: In-Person, San Francisco or Palo Alto Join a small, fast-moving team building backend systems for AI-powered applications.

We're looking for an experienced engineer to lead backend architecture, own DevOps, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship production-ready features quickly.

What You’ll Do:Design scalable APIs and backend services (Node.js / Next.js)Manage infrastructure, CI/CD, and system reliabilityCollaborate with frontend and ML teams to launch new featuresLead engineering best practices and mentor teammatesContribute to product direction based on user feedback What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScriptStrong systems design and API development skillsHands-on DevOps experience (Docker, cloud platforms, infra-as-code)Comfortable leading small teams and working cross-functionallyBonus: startup experience, LLM systems, or security expertise
