We are currently seeking a qualified IT Systems Administrator to join our client’s organization and contribute to their ongoing success.

Job summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing on-premise server infrastructure, administering cloud-based SaaS platforms, and ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management (IAM) across systems.

Responsibilities:On-Premise Infrastructure ManagementMaintain, monitor, and support physical and virtual server environments.Manage backups, disaster recovery protocols, and system updates.Ensure high availability and performance of server hardware and services.SaaS AdministrationAdminister and optimize a suite of SaaS applications used across the organization.Manage licensing, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and application integrations.Identity and Access ManagementImplement and maintain IAM solutions such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).Enforce least-privilege access, MFA, and SSO policies.Troubleshoot access-related issues and manage user lifecycle across systems.Cloud Platform Security and PermissioningManage role-based access control (RBAC) and permissioning in GCP and Azure.Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure secure configurations and compliance with security policies.Conduct periodic audits and reviews of access controls.General IT Support and ProjectsProvide Tier 2/3 escalation support for system and network issues.Assist in IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.Document procedures, configurations, and system changes.

Requirements:Experience in IT Systems Administration or similar roles.Hands-on experience with on-premise servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Proxmox, Xen, etc).Proficiency in administering SaaS applications and enterprise collaboration tools.Proven experience with Entra ID and Okta for IAM.Experience managing access permissions in GCP and Azure environments.Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and security-focused mindset.
