They're now hiring their Founding Sales Engineer, a strategic, technical seller who can shape pre-sales motion, win enterprise logos, and build scalable processes from scratch.
What You'll Be Doing: Own technical discovery, demos, and POCs with platform, DevOps, and engineering teams Translate customer needs into tailored product solutions and guide technical validation Partner closely with the founding team to shape pre-sales strategy and influence roadmap Build demo environments, solution architecture templates, and repeatable sales assets Act as the voice of the customer across product and GTM orgs Ideal Background: 2-5 years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Developer Relations role Comfortable discussing CI/CD, observability, or code quality tooling with dev teams Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and excited to wear multiple hats Previous experience supporting a technical product at Seed-Series C stage a big plus Compensation & Perks: Base Salary: $140K-$160K OTE: $200K-$220K Equity: 0.1%-0.2% early-stage grant Flexible PTO, remote-first team, and strong learning budget Location: Austin, TX (Remote-friendly within U.S.
