What You’ll Do As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service operations.

Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and monitoring day-to-day order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery logisticsAssisting with issue resolution, including address changes, delivery exceptions, and appointment schedulingLiaising between customers, warehouses, and carrier services to ensure smooth operationsMaintaining accurate records of shipments, service requests, and internal communicationsAssisting with vendor management, process improvement, and internal documentationSupporting cross-functional teams, including customer service and sales, to ensure alignment across departments What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree (required)2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or machinery-related fieldsStrong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with logistics platforms, CRM, or order management systems is a plusU.S.
