Information Technology Support Technician

IT Support Technician (On-site Dunwoody, GA 6 month contract) Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to internal employees to prompt and guide them through Windows 11 upgrade steps.Provide technical support related to deployment issues, OneDrive, and vulnerability resolution.Track outreach progress and ensure follow-through on system upgrades.Support coordination efforts with IT leadership.Maintain professionalism, clarity, and patience in all user interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience supporting large-scale Windows 11 deployments.Strong verbal communication and confidence in cold calling internal users.Familiarity with vulnerability remediation and endpoint upgrade processes.Proficient with OneDrive troubleshooting and support.Tier 0–1 tech support experience in enterprise environments.Self-starter attitude with high initiative and urgency.
