We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work for our client.

Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and medical imaging equipment (e.g., PACS, MRI, CT, X-ray systems).Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to imaging device connectivity, software, and integration with hospital systems.Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and access issues using Active Directory and identity management tools.Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.Collaborate with clinical engineering and vendor support teams to ensure uptime and compliance of imaging systems.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery.Maintain inventory and ensure proper configuration of IT and imaging-related hardware.
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.Familiarity with medical imaging systems and standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7).Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
