Telecom Business Development Manager Orlando, FL (Central FL Preferred) 50% Travel Direct Hire STONE Resource Group is representing a client that is expanding its Florida operations, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Florida market (with some oversight in GA and the Carolinas). This role is based in Orlando, FL, and requires an experienced professional with strong telecom industry connections and a background in overhead & underground construction (power knowledge for underground is a plus). What You’ll Do:Develop and expand strategic partnerships within the telecom industryIdentify and secure new business opportunities in Florida, Georgia, and the CarolinasLeverage your existing telecom network to drive revenue growthWork closely with upper management to align business goalsOversee and support projects related to overhead and underground telecom constructionTravel 50% of the time to meet with key stakeholders and clients What We’re Looking For: Strong Telecom Industry Contacts – Proven ability to bring in business Experience in Overhead & Underground Construction – Power background for underground is a plus Results-Driven & Relationship-Focused – The right personality for business growth Orlando-Based or highly focused on the Florida market Ability to Work with Leadership Compensation & Perks: Base Salary: $130K-$150K (depending on experience) Annual Incentive Bonus – Performance-based earnings potential 50% Travel – Engaging role with regional impact If you’re a seasoned business development leader with telecom expertise and a passion for growth, we want to hear from you!
