POSITION SUMMARY In this position you will be responsible developing and maintaining relationships with assigned customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Maintain relationships with assigned customer baseAchieve client retention of 95% or betterUpsell existing clientsIdentify the best programs for assigned clients, thereby impacting customer premium as much as possibleUse SalesForce as a repository for customer service and retention MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)Prior experience with B2B salesExcellent communication skill (both written and verbal)Excellent organizational skills and detailed orientedAbility to prioritize and multitaskMust be highly motivated and a team playerDemonstrates alignment with company's code of ehicsProficient with technology, including MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTSitting for long periods of time.Continuous viewing from, and inputting data to, a computer.Telephone and face-to-face conversations.Travel/drive, as needed, to visit customers/potential customers.
