Operations Supervisor

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Chief Clerk IV that will serve in the supervising managerial position in the 5th Judicial District, Onondaga County Surrogate's Court.

Key Responsibilities:Personnel management and supervision.Budget management and control.Management of case processing and statistical reporting.Consulting with judges and court administrators to develop policy and new programs.A wide range of other clerical and managerial duties.Travel may be required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of work experience involving managerial responsibilities such as human resources administration, budget preparation, and review of documents for compliance with policies, rules, and procedures; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
