Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr.
Program Manager to join their team.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively lead all phases of project lifecycle within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The successful candidate will be based in their office locations with a requirement to be on-site three days a week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an additional day of choice.
Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.Lead project kickoffs, internal status meetings, and maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives.Work collaboratively with the program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation, and proactively monitor and resolve issues.Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage project timelines, budgets, achievements, and deliverables in line with business needs.Facilitate and drive collaboration across teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.Adopt and implement Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe methodologies throughout the project lifecycle to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:Proven experience in program management, particularly within product development or strategic program planning.Strong familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe frameworks; certification is highly advantageous.Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.Background in Cyber Security, asset management industry knowledge preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and negotiating with stakeholder groups.Ability to work on-site 3 times per week.GDH provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants foremployment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, geneticinformation, veteran's status or any other category protected by law.
