Monitors for contract expirations and changesAssists with audio/video needs and set-up for meetings and presentationsProactively works to identify trends and resolve recurring issues relating to desktops and the networkMaintains asset inventory and performs moves of IT equipment (PCs, printers, phones, etc.)Assists with ensuring Network and Cyber securityProvides user training on firm applications to improve professional and technical skillsKeeps current on latest technology trends
