About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to architect and build robust services, APIs, and infrastructure for our growing product.

You'll work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and leadership to deliver high-impact features quickly and reliably.

This is a hands-on, strategic role with opportunities for technical ownership and long-term influence.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend services and APIs.Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define and implement new features.Own critical parts of the system architecture and lead key technical decisions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Monitor and optimize application performance and system reliability.Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and logging/monitoring.Mentor junior developers and help shape engineering best practices and culture.

Tech Stack Languages: Next.js, PythonDatabases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBCloud: Google CloudTools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions Required Qualifications10+ years of professional backend development experience.Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of at least one major backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices.Startup mindset: proactive, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to HaveExperience working at a startup or in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of GraphQL or event-driven architectures.Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
