Software Engineer

Full Stack Developer Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Contract-to-Hire About the Role: Brooksource's Texas Grocery Client is looking for a passionate and adaptable Full Stack Developer to join their Risk and Loss Prevention Operations team.

This role is ideal for early-career developers (Level 1 or Level 2), including recent graduates, who are eager to work on impactful projects that enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency across our enterprise.

You’ll work on a variety of systems including access control, visitor management, custom swipe enhancements, and video management integrations.

This is a hands-on development role with a strong emphasis on Python backend development, though full stack capabilities are highly valued.
