Junior Test Automation Developer

The Test Automation Developer will create, maintain, and execute automation scripts for applications, and performing manual testing where required.

Start Date: July 2025 Primary Responsibilities:Analyze and translate functional requirements to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives.

Automate and execute these test cases on regular basisCreate and maintain test cases and test data using industry standard test automation toolsParticipate in the analysis and review of epics, features, and user storiesParticipate in the design and review of technical design of component software featuresParticipate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog RefinementWrite, review, and maintain the automation test scripts in test automation toolsIdentify as many defects as possible to deliver a quality product to our clientPerform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testingPerform manual testing as neededDevelop and implement well-defined test plansManage defect tracking and provide informative updates as requestedFacilitate defect management meetings as requestedParticipate in production validation and support as needed Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with Object-Oriented programming languages, specifically Java and Python.Experience with APIs or MicroServicesUnderstanding of defect tracking, document management, and knowledge base systemsStrong technical skills and a good understanding of software development principlesStrong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutionsAbility to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholdersAbility to effectively handle multiple priorities, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentHigh level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to build credibility with team members and business partners We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
