Swift Business Analyst_Onsite

Swift Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 Months+ We are only considering W2 candidates for this role This resource will lead the business analysis and project coordination efforts for SWIFT-related initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product updates and compliance with industry standards.

DAY TO DAY Lead business analysis for SWIFT product updates and new projects, managing the full project lifecycle.

Coordinate project activities across various applications, tracking progress and addressing gaps in project coordination.

Review and strategize SWIFT test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage for product updates and industry releases.

Manage project tracking and task assignments within Jira, maintaining clear visibility of project status.

Drive project execution and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery and resolution.

MUST HAVES Demonstrated experience with SWIFT products, processes, and message flows.

Proven background in project management and/or test coordination, specifically with SWIFT solution delivery.

Experience with ISO 20022 mandate for payment messages and annual SWIFT standards updates.

Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management.

Ability to review test plans and provide strategic guidance based on a strong SWIFT testing background.
