Are you the kind of person who can spot a phishing email instantly, troubleshoot a black screen without flinching, and explain OneDrive sync issues?

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who’s comfortable in a Windows 11 environment, can jump between hardware fixes and software quirks, and takes documentation seriously.

You’ll support everyday tech needs—laptops, docking stations, dual monitors—as well as Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Email security is a big part of the job, so confidence navigating spam filters and identifying threats is key.

You’ll also handle reimaging laptops, managing Lenovo warranties, and following structured onboarding/offboarding steps.

Our users aren’t very technical, so your patience, problem-solving skills, and clear communication will make a big difference.

If you’re organized, resourceful, and ready to take ownership without waiting for a ticket to come in, we’d love to talk.

The salary is $110k plus benefits.
