Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Platforms) Our client builds innovative tools and systems that power our global teams, from design to delivery.

Our Engineering Enablement group creates and scales the platforms that empower every developer to build efficiently and securely.

We’re looking for top-tier technical leaders to help shape the future of our enterprise engineering infrastructure Length: 6-month (w/potential to convert) Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Role & ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery for all three enterprise platformsCollaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure platform scalability, resilience, and securityOwn stakeholder engagement, aligning priorities across multiple business units and technical teamsDrive effective communication between technical and non-technical partners, including senior leadershipIdentify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to ensure delivery successContinuously improve processes, governance, and program health metrics Required Qualifications7+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise-scale environmentsProven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs in platform or infrastructure domainsDeep understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, secrets management, and Infrastructure as Code practicesExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to drive high-volume, high-complexity programs involving hundreds of stakeholdersStrategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilityExperience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on developer experience
