Local Candidates only About the Role The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and implementing solutions tailored to end-user requirements under the guidance of leads and managers.

They will document processes, write test cases, and support the Test Plan.

ResponsibilitiesLead the transition to MYNT for Taxation's mailroom optimization projectTechnical writing and review of processes for multiple business linesContent management for the Project SharePoint siteProvide guidance to other contract staffDocument processes for both business and technical within the departmentWrite test cases and work with the Quality AnalystEvaluate and rebrand documentation for Project MYNTUnderstand and assist with Functional and Technical RequirementsDocument AS-IS and TO-BE business platforms and processesSupport modernization preparations and implementation phasesOrganize and attend Department meetingsReview and prepare content for internal publication and distributionPrepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)Conduct discovery meetings with Departmental staffAssist MYNT Team members with documenting processesManage Standard Operating Procedures for MYNT processesContent management and posting for the Team's SharePoint siteCreate Testing Outlines & Test CasesDevelop training materials for process transitionSupport training of Department specific AI modelsReview and document security configurationsDefine and quantify baseline and reporting metrics for Department initiatives Equal Opportunity Statement Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
