Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Business Development Associate to help grow our client base.
This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to break into sales and business development.
You’ll be focused on cold calling, lead generation, and helping to schedule appointments with decision-makers at property management firms, real estate companies, and facility owners.
We offer hands-on training, a clear growth path, and the opportunity to earn commission on new business brought in.
Key Responsibilities:Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clientsIntroduce NH Facility Services’ capabilities and schedule introductory calls or site visitsBuild and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM softwareCollaborate with our marketing partners on outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and content directionResearch target companies and identify key decision-makersSupport the sales team with outreach campaigns, follow-up communications, and proposal preparationTrack performance metrics and meet activity goals Qualifications:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable speaking with new people and handling rejection professionallyHighly organized, proactive, and eager to learnA bachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredExperience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)CRM experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits:Starting salary: $40,000 - $60,000/year Performance-based commission on new business closedMedical benefits package401(k) programPaid time off and company holidaysGrowth potential into senior sales or account management roles
