Eos Energy is hiring multiple supervisors to oversee key aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production, materials management, and quality.
These roles are critical in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely, materials flow seamlessly through the facility, and product quality standards are consistently upheld.
Manufacturing Supervisors:Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.Monitor production data and processes and proactively address issues related to safety, quality, and efficiency.Maintain and boost production efficiency, initiate and implement continuous improvement projects.Key Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment with at least 2 years of formal supervisory/manager experience (Or adjacent military experience) Materials Supervisors:Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of direct and indirect materials by supervising team of materials employees (Inventory specialist, material handlers, etc)Ensure accurate inventory, cycle counting, tracking and timely flow of materials to support uninterrupted production.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste and adopt lean principlesKey Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing materials environment with at least 2 years of formal supervisory/manager experience (Or adjacent military experience) Quality Supervisors:Supervise Quality Control Technicians and coordinate their daily activities.Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
Strong understanding of ISOInvestigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Key Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment with at least 2 years of formal supervisory/manager experience (Or adjacent military experience) Qualifications:Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment or adjacent military experienceStrong Excel, Outlook, and ERP Systems experienceKnowledge of manufacturing engineering and related management processes (e.g.
Kaizen, SPC, TPM, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Six-Sigma) a plus Schedule: Working times and schedules will need to correlate with the team the supervisor is leading.
This can mean working overtime, off shifts, weekends, or on occasion, holidays.
