Responsibilities: This role will serve as a IT Sr.

System Engineer for the Monitoring/Observability team.

This position involves configuring, managing and supporting enterprise-level solutions the company uses to monitor application and infrastructure environments on-prem and AWS cloud.

The successful candidate will assist in migration of monitoring solutions including agent installation, grouping, reporting, alerting, and integrations with Event Management and ITSM solutions to ensure application performance and availability in accordance with client standards and business requirements.

ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage Dynatrace environments for infrastructure, applications and cloud services.Set up and configure dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.Regularly reviewing existing observability solutions and making recommendations for improvementsMaintain and update existing scripts used to monitor system and applications on Unix and Windows servers.Develop custom monitoring solutions utilizing network, server, application performance and log analytics tools along with necessary custom scripts to meet current and future observability requirements.Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement observability solutions that align with business needs.Responsible for researching and analyzing telemetry (events, alerts, traps, incidents, logging) to identify trends and gaps, produce reports, and/or make recommendations
