Lead Software Engineer

NO 3rd Parties/ NO C2C Role: Lead Backend Software Engineer (NestJS to Java Migration) We are seeking a highly skilled expert to develop and own the migration of our existing NestJS services to a Java-based microservices architecture.

In this role, you will lead the entire migration process—from planning and design to backend development, execution, and final delivery—ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our services.

Required Qualifications3–4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying NestJS applications.Deep understanding of TypeScript design patterns, decorators, and module architecture.10+ years of professional experience in Java (preferably with Spring Boot).10+ years of professional experience in Java (preferably with Spring Boot), with a strong background in concurrency and multi-threading.Experience with MongoDB change streamsPractical experience with Kafka.
