IT Field Network Analyst Primary ResponsibilitiesPrioritize environmental protection and the health and safety of employees, customers, and communities in all operations and product transport.Serve as a technical leader within the field network team, providing innovative designs, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to strategic direction for network operations.Oversee the architecture and operations of secure, high-performing, reliable, and efficient end-to-end network services for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Automation, Drilling, and other critical business units.Engage closely with business units to ensure clear understanding and achievement of deadlines and objectives.Manage the full lifecycle of field network projects, including initiation, planning, budgeting, execution, procurement, documentation, closure, and continuous improvement.Drive optimization of field network operations by focusing on people, processes, and technology.Utilize IT Service Management tools to address and resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents and requests, managing multiple cases and prioritizing tasks until completion or escalation.Schedule and implement formal change requests for field network systems, including firmware updates, security changes, and configurations.Document and share knowledge by maintaining solution documentation, logically organizing project files, and cross-training team members and other IT and business units.Provide solutions to complex integration challenges across various technologies, including connectivity issues.Collaborate with IT, managers, and stakeholders to develop action plans for enhanced operations.Prepare and deliver written and verbal presentations, providing timely and accurate status reports to management.Keep stakeholders informed of changes and issues within the field network environment.Maintain 24/7 availability for on-call duties, including off-hours support and weekend on-call responsibilities via cell phone.Demonstrate a strong work ethic, lead initiatives, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience designing, supporting, deploying, or managing networks.Recognized by peers and managers as a results-driven professional with creative problem-solving skills across multiple disciplines, and sought out by vendors and peers as a subject matter expert.Proactive in acquiring and sharing expert-level knowledge across disciplines and emerging fields, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.Collaborative in solving highly complex business and technical problems, with strong influence on team goals.Willing to take risks by applying innovative or emerging technologies across multiple disciplines.Proficient in managing scope, procurement, time, and resources, leading complex, multidisciplinary projects with senior management involvement and accountability for outcomes.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget.Skilled in resolving conflicts and eliciting information in challenging environments, proactively keeping others informed, and asking insightful questions.Able to interpret complex documents and effectively communicate strategies, documentation, and presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences, including senior management.Capable of explaining complex problems and solutions in simple terms and leading team communication
