Pacific Ridge Builders is looking for a Project Engineer to join our Sunnyvale office.

In this role, you will support the Project Manager and project team with all phases of construction.

From coordinating schedules and documentation to managing subcontractor communications, you will help ensure that projects move smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:Support Project Manager and team members with project administrationCollaborate with Project Manager and Project Superintendent to create, track and update construction schedulesMEP coordinationCreate, distribute and track RFIsPrepare submittal schedule and submittal packages upon review of scope and specificationsReview subcontractor shop drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specificationsMaintain organized project binders and digital filesUnderstand contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and changes ordersPrepare project close out packagesCoordinate and attend job walksParticipation and coordination of project meetings, manage meeting minutes The Company PRB was founded to build exciting spaces, flawless and creative in function.
