Compensation: $35-45/hr Location: Houston, TX Position: Project Analyst Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Analyst to join their team!
The Project Analyst will lead the Records process with a variety of applications, protocols, and workflows to process, load, and maintain pipeline asset, integrity, and performance data (pipeline data) for use in safety compliance and effective decision-making for the organization.
The Project Services Analyst will also assist with the Construction Quality Management System (CQMS) process to ensure that project lessons learned are captured and applied to new projects throughout the lifecycle, as well as development or updates to any applicable project standards or processes.
Additionally, this position will assist in tracking and managing approvals for the project gating process.
Responsibilities:\tMaintain and track records generated by field for construction, operations, maintenance, and Integrity Management related activities necessary for compliance with federal and state pipeline regulations per 49 CFR 195.
\tCollaborate with project managers as well as functional managers, maintenance personnel, and others to provide up to date forms and processes reflecting current guidelines as new projects kickoff.
\tReview, track, and assign capital projects based on size, timeline, and location for records management.
\tMaintain database for Construction Mangers and Document Controllers to include contact information, locations, and project assignments.
\tOrganize Training plans/manuals as well as create, update, and distribute to appropriate departments.
\tWork closely with field personnel to ensure documentation is complete, quality checked and received in a timely manner.
\tParticipate in training for field personnel.
\tResponsible for analyzing CQMS data and assisting in Subject Matter Expert (SME) Team Review facilitation as needed.
\tAssist in creating or updating any applicable project standards or processes.
\tGenerate gate approval documentation in Adobe Sign and ensure approvals are submitted in a timely fashion.
\tLead team during testing of disaster recovery plans for vital information and records/health checks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:\tBachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Accounting, Science or a related field.
Other degrees will be considered depending on work experience.
\t2 or more years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Record Keeping Role or PHSMA (DOT) Regulatory knowledge preferred.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
\tWorking knowledge of and/or training on Integrity Management Regulations 49 CFR 195.
\tGeneral knowledge of petroleum storage and transportation facilities.
\tProficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.\tFunctional knowledge of SharePoint.
