Integration Manager (Semiconductor process development/improvement)

Integration Manager Job Description: Searching for an experienced Integration professional to manage a group of engineers supporting sustaining, yield improvement activities, process transfer, and development in a high-volume manufacturing fab located in San Antonio, TX.

The fab in San Antonio is a growing manufacturing site, delivering specialty electronic devices for a wide range of applications with high quality, low cost, and excellent cycle times.

The qualified candidate will be self-motivated, have strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering problems.

Prior experience with process flow setup and integration, device targeting, yield improvement, team leadership, and failure analysis are desirable.

This Job Is For You IfYou can take ownership of the process flows assigned and establish the direction for improvements, sustaining and overall operation.You can work closely with process and integration engineers to improve process metrics, such as SPC, yield, parametrics, and defects, as well as to achieve first-pass success of technology transfers.You can provide root cause investigation of discrepant material.

Implement yield and defect improvement projects.You can troubleshoot process and tool excursions.You can develop new semiconductor manufacturing processes using design of experiments (DOE).You have strong leadership skills and can lead engineers of all levels of seniority Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication tools, methods, and integrated process flows.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Candidate must be able to communicate with audiences at any technical level.Experience working with customers is preferred.Must be a self-starter, dependable and highly motivated.Ability to work and communicate with equipment & process engineering to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the fab.Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.This position requires an adaptable, detail oriented practical thinker and problem solver who is a quick learner and who has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
