What You’ll Be Doing: Provide Level 2 support for client environments, including servers, networks, and business-critical softwareTroubleshoot and configure firewalls, switches, and wireless access points—across vendors like Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and JuniperManage and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and RingCentral VoIP systemsDeliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions clearly to end usersDocument all work and troubleshooting steps thoroughly in the ticketing system (ConnectWise preferred)Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative support cultureTravel onsite to client locations in the NYC metro area as needed What We're Looking For: A minimum of 1 year working in the MSP industry Strong hands-on experience with network devices and firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Juniper, Cisco)Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VoIP platforms like RingCentralProven troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issuesExcellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear documentation Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort & long-term disabilityLife insuranceHybrid WFH401(k) 4% match Unlimited PTOParental leaveCertification reimbursement
