Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Title: Lead .NET Developer (Blazor or Angular) Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Type: Contract-to-Hire Overview: We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to guide the development of modern web applications.

This is a contract-to-hire role based in North Scottsdale, requiring 4 days on-site weekly during the contract phase, with increased flexibility once converted to full-time.

What You’ll Do:Lead development efforts using .NET Core and either Blazor or Angular.Build and maintain scalable, secure web applications.Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.

What We’re Looking For:7+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core).Experience with Blazor (WebAssembly or Server) or Angular.Strong background in REST APIs, Entity Framework, and modern UI development.Leadership or team lead experience in Agile environments.Bonus: Familiarity with Azure, or DevOps “This position does not offer sponsorship.
