Business Systems Analyst Our client, a respected and well-established manufacturing organization located in Hazleton, PA, is currently seeking a Sr.

Business Systems Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities: Identifying and documenting requirements for new implementations or systems enhancementsEnsuring process optimization and data consistency during systems integrationsImproving efficiencies related to workflow evaluation and optimizationConfiguring applications and coordinating customizationsMaintaining various reporting data across systemsProviding daily troubleshooting and supportOverseeing projects related to implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsManaging all aspects of ERP implementation Creating and delivering test plansDeveloping user training and documentation Managing vendor relationships Skills/Competencies:5+ years IT experience, ideally within a manufacturing environmentJD Edwards or SAP ERP experience preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously Additional Details: Salary: $90-120k + bonus Employment Type: direct hire The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
