Responsibilities:\t\t Design and develop scalable, high-quality software systems with complex functionality and real-world impact\t\t\t Provide technical leadership and mentorship across Agile Scrum teams\t\t\t Participate in system architecture discussions and provide guidance on best practices and design patterns\t\t\t Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure efficient delivery\t\t\t Maintain and support production systems in partnership with system administrators as needed\t\t\t Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retros, etc.)\t\t\t Stay up to date on emerging technologies and bring forward recommendations for innovation\t Required Qualifications & Experience:\t\t Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)\t\t\t 4+ years of hands-on software development experience\t\t\t 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment\t\t\t Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server\t\t\t Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular), HTML5, CSS, and responsive web development\t\t\t Experience with Visual Studio, Entity Framework, and database design principles\t Nice to Have Skills & Experience:\t\t Familiarity with Telerik, Crystal Reports, and change control technologies\t\t\t Experience supporting external integrations and multi-tenant environments\t\t\t Exposure to AWS cloud environments or service-oriented architecture\t\t\t Prior work with monitoring, compliance, or public safety-related systems\t Perks & Benefits:\t\t 401(k) with match\t\t\t Medical, dental, and vision insurance\t\t\t Paid holidays and generous PTO\t\t\t Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account\t\t\t Tuition reimbursement and discounted education options\t\t\t Paid training and professional development\t\t\t Pet insurance\t\t\t Employee discounts and assistance program\t Other Information:\t\t On-site Tuesdays through Thursdays\t\t\t Long-term opportunity with a strong, mission-focused tech team\t\t\t High-visibility role with leadership potential in a stable, values-driven organization\t If you are interested in learning more about the Sr.
