PL/SQL Developer

Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Experience: 7 to 10 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in database development, optimization, and support.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and production support, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and scripts.Perform query optimization, database tuning, and performance improvements.Develop complex SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing database code and data processing.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across database systems.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.Prepare technical documentation for database design, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:7 to 10 years of strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.Strong experience in performance tuning and query optimization.Solid understanding of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling.Experience with ETL processes and data migration.Experience in handling large data sets and high-volume transactions.Good knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and features.Familiarity with version control tools and deployment methodologies.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to have):Exposure to Oracle APEX or Forms & Reports.Experience with UNIX/Linux shell scripting.Experience with Agile methodologies.Experience in cloud-based Oracle solutions (OCI or similar).
