Program Manager Location: Washington, DC Metro Area Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership, oversight, and contract management for a Facilities and Life Support Services contract operating across multiple overseas locations.

The position will be based in the Washington, DC Metro Area and serves as the primary point of contact with the U.S.

Government for all matters concerning the program.

Key Responsibilities Act as the principal liaison to the Government, overseeing all aspects of contract executionLead monthly internal and external performance reviewsManage financial performance to meet contract and corporate goalsProvide strategic guidance and operational support across all project sitesEnsure successful execution of all contractual requirements and service lines The Program Manager must have experience managing the following functional areas:Prime power productionFacilities and infrastructure maintenanceHospitality servicesFire alarm and suppression system maintenancePhysical security equipment and infrastructureEngineering design and minor constructionGrounds maintenanceWarehousing and inventory management Minimum Qualifications Active, in-scope TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business ManagementIf degree is in another field, an additional 6 years of experience in Engineering or Business Management is required (can be concurrent with management experience)Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the U.S.

Government10+ years of management-level experience on contracts of similar size and complexity5+ years of personnel management experienceExperience with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting programs for the IC or DoD Work Environment Periodic travel to overseas and remote locations, including short-notice deploymentsWillingness to work long hours under potentially harsh or hazardous conditionsCompliance with appropriate field attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
