RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud native, distributed microservice-based architecturesDeliver solutions for complex business problems through software standard SDLCBuild strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including product, business and sales partnersDemonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to both simplify complex problems and also dive deeper if neededBuild and manage strong technical teams that deliver complex software solutions that scaleManage teams with cross-functional skills that include software, quality, reliability engineers, project managers and scrum mastersProvide deep troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead and solve production and customer issues under pressureLeverage strong experience in full-stack software development and public cloud like GCP and AWSMentor, coach and develop junior and senior software, quality and reliability engineersLead with a data/metrics-driven mindset with a maniacal focus towards optimizing and creating efficient solutions This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the option to extend or convert at the end of the contract.

Candidates can sit in a hybrid environment in Atlanta, St.

Louis, or Louisville, working 3 days/week onsite.

REQUIRED SKILLS:Proven experience as Lead Developer in enterprise environments7+ years in Java / Spring development7+ years building cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)Deep experience with microservices architecture using Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, Kubernetes (GKE preferred)Solid experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Helm Charts, and TerraformHands-on experience with SeleniumStrong communication and collaboration skills with direct customer interaction Preferred Skills:Selenium PlaywrightBright Data Web ScraperSolid understanding of web development and frontend architecture Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
