Software Delivery Lead

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 Location: Overland Park, Kansas Position: Software Delivery Lead Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Delivery Lead to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with strong leadership skills to step into a pivotal role supporting agile project teams.

This individual will help drive technical delivery, relieve some of the current architectural and managerial load from leadership, and improve the team’s overall speed and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:\tLead technical planning, estimation, and implementation of scalable solutions\tMentor and coach developers to elevate technical capabilities across teams\tCollaborate with PMO and stakeholders to translate business needs into development work\tOversee sprint execution, task prioritization, and production release processes\tIdentify and remove blockers to ensure efficient and timely project delivery Required Qualifications & Experience:\t8+ years of software development experience in C#, .NET, and OOP\tExperience in a leadership or mentoring role\tProfessional experience in an Azure cloud environment\tStrong background in full stack development (Angular/React + backend)\tHands-on experience with API configuration and integration Nice to Have Skills & Experience:\tExperience identifying and implementing team-wide technical solutions\tA track record of improving development processes and team efficiency Perks & Benefits:\tComprehensive benefits package available If you are interested in learning more about the Software Delivery Lead opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
