The SAP Program Director, manages the global Center-of-Excellence for SAP within the IT & Digital function of the company.

Key responsibilities of this mission critical role are leading and developing the SAP organization, providing support for the SAP product portfolio, the prioritization and delivery of the SAP project portfolio, and managing the relationship with the business stakeholders & external providers.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the globally distributed SAP organization (Business Analysis, Basis, GRC/Security, Architecture, Integration, AMS). Transition to an integrated, product-oriented delivery model to meet current and future business requirements.Supervise all SAP audit-related activities, comply with applicable IT controls and ensure SOX compliance.

Develop strong business relationships and facilitate communication between IT CoEs, Business Partners, external providers and SAP related business stakeholders (BPOs, SMEs).Manage demand & supply and deliver the SAP project portfolio.

This includes requirements gathering, business case alignment, expectation setting, prioritization and project execution.Oversee the relationship and ensure the high performance of outsourced Application Managed Services (AMS) providers for Build and Run with a focus on continuous improvement, cost efficiency and resource optimization.Maintain and operate stable, secure, high-available SAP application environment and facilitate regular patching and updates.

Leverage, adopt and improve ITIL based ITSM processes for incident, request and change MGMT, etc.Provide a strong governance model for SAP change requests to comply with industry’s best practices.

Discuss, evaluate, prioritize and deliver required change requests according to critical business requirements while maintaining the standard.Manage support for SAP product portfolio and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Establish, monitor, and comply with Service Level Agreements and KPIs.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field required.

MBA would be a plusMinimum ten years of demonstrated knowledge and hands-on working experience with various SAP modules and functions from a business support perspectiveMinimum five years’ demonstrated experience delivering multiple SAP implementations across various cycles in a heterogenous global Manufacturing companyExperience implementing SAP preferably in a multi-site global environmentStrong leadership skills with managing resources across geographiesExperience with SOX and SAP auditTrack record of implementing SAP S/4Ability to adapt and succeed in a dynamically changing environmentVerifiable experience managing project resources and stakeholder managementUnderstanding of current SAP licensing models Strong understanding of modern SAP application architectures and product portfolioOpen minded with background in data integration/data warehousing and ability to work on various technology stacks (not exclusive to SAP)SAP Certified Application Associate and/or other SAP certifications are a plusCurrent project management certification with experience managing SAP projects highly preferred
