KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProgram and optimize 3-axis mills, 2-axis lathes, and live tooling systems for precision parts productionDevelop 4-axis horizontal machining and 5-axis (3+2) positioning programs for complex geometriesSelect cutting tools and calculate optimal speeds/feeds from manufacturer specificationsReview and modify legacy Fanuc Macro B programs to maintain production continuityVerify program accuracy from CAM output through machine execution for first-time-right resultsMachine various materials including aluminum alloys, steel grades, and stainless steel componentsSupport high-mix/low-volume production with emphasis on single-part precision manufacturingInterface with engineering database systems for model retrieval and blueprint management QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced G-code programming and review capabilities (non-negotiable)Multi-axis programming experience: 3-axis mills, 2-axis lathes, live tooling (C & Y axis)Proven technical knowledge demonstrated through hands-on skills assessmentExperience with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel machining across various gradesEsprit Edge/20XX preferred (any version 2016-2020+) or equivalent CAM software7+ years CNC programming experience (flexible for exceptional technical skills) CULTURE & BENEFITS Join a precision-focused team where technical excellence drives success.
