We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate our warehousing and distribution operations.

What You'll Do As a key member of our leadership team, you'll:Develop and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and profitabilityServe as the primary point of contact for customer accountsOversee facility maintenance, inventory management, and vendor relationsLead and mentor warehouse teams across all shiftsEnsure safety, compliance, and operational excellenceDrive process improvements and technology integrationMonitor KPIs and manage budgets with a continuous improvement mindset What We’re Looking For5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience3+ years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of supply chain and logisticsExperience with WMS (Softeon), process optimization, and vendor managementExcellent communication and leadership skillsBilingual in Spanish is a plusSix Sigma certification preferred Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a significant impact.
