Job Title: Level 2 IT Support Technician Location: JFK Airport, NY Duration: 6+ month contract (Potential for Extension) Pay Rate: $25-32/hr.

(negotiable based on experience) Summary: Verigent's client is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join their team onsite at JFK Airport in New York.

Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for desktop and end-user technologies, including hardware and software troubleshooting • Perform user administration and support within Microsoft Office 365 • Set up and support conference rooms and AV equipment as needed for meetings and events • Manage and respond to technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment • Support miscellaneous technical tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or lead technician Qualifications: • 2-4+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment, with a focus on Level 2 responsibilities • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 administration • Experience supporting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software in a business environment • Familiarity with AV setup and troubleshooting in a corporate or conference room setting • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
