S4/HANA Data Migration Lead

Do you have experience leading & managing the end-to-end data migration process to S4/HANA?Are you familiar defining and delivering a comprehensive, global data migration strategy?Do you have a background in semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environments?

Metric have partnered with a global semiconductor organization undergoing a greenfield implementation of S4/HANA and seeking to hire a senior individual who will define the S4/HANA data migration strategy and lead its successful delivery across the business globally.

ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver the comprehensive global data migration strategyInterface with stakeholders at Manager & Director level across the global organization in data migration workshops to define data migration approachDesign ETL pipelines to support data transformation into SAP S4/HANAEnsure alignment of migration plans with overall ERP transformation goals and business requirementsProvide regular reporting and status updates to key stakeholders within the IT and business teams Experience Required8+ years of experience leading end-to-end global SAP data conversion programsStrong expertise in data structures, migration objects and tools (SAP S4/HANA Data Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, BODS, IDOC, BAPI, ABAP etc.Experience working in collaboration with and managing teams from third party System IntegratorsAn understanding of data conversions relating to manufacturing, sales, finance or supply chain modules (MM, FICO, MDG, SD etc.) This role will be based in Austin, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.
