Role Description This is a contract hybrid role as a Community Information Technology Specialist located in San Jose, CA, with some remote work flexibility.
The specialist will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting skillsNetwork Security and Customer Service skillsExperience with community-based technology initiatives is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyRelevant certifications in IT or a related field New RequirementFluent in Spanish, English, and Arabic or Vietnamese--Preferably both.
