For more inspiration, visit About the Role As US Site Manager, you’ll direct and manage Hästens’ US operations, including warehouse, maintenance, safety, quality, and administration.
You will be hands-on in both overseeing and executing daily operations and maintenance when required.
You will lead from the front, empowering, motivating, and developing your team.
Proven experience in scaling up greenfield or brownfield operations and a genuine passion for nurturing high-performing teams who take pride in every stitch and strand is the foundation for success in this role.
This position reports directly to the COO at HQ in Sweden.
Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute day-to-day operations of Hästens’ new US siteMaintain a safe work environment through best-in-class safety policies and trainingEnsure a high product quality at the highest level of efficiencyDrive operational excellence in lean manufacturingRecruit, train, and manage production and admin team members to uphold Hästens’ values and operational excellenceMonitor budgets, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure all equipment and building features are maintained and functional at high standards.Maintain good relations with customers and suppliersEnsure the site is operating under regulatory guidelines and requirements (including permits, safety, quality, and others)Responsible for site operations, human resources, and budgeting for Hästens’ US facilityMaintain good communication with company headquarters, including the sharing of best practices to maximize successBe a team player and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business Qualifications Your Work Experience, Education & Skills:Bachelor’s degreeMin.
