RPA Developer

Position Title: RPA Developer Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 12 - 18 Months (Possibility of extension) Job Description:Proficient in Robotics Process Automaton application development.Working proficiency in Robotics Process Automation toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve softwareDemonstrates understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworkDemonstrates understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and securityWorking proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languagesWorking proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Alteryx to enhance business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation technologies.Experience with other automation tools and platforms.Knowledge of data analytics and visualization techniques.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
