About the Company Lifecycle Biotechnologies, a TCP Analytical Company in the life science industry for 40 years is looking for an Insides Sales & Support Specialist, based out of Cleburne, Texas.

About the Role The Inside Sales & Support Specialist will maintain a group of strategic client accounts within our current customer list.

This position will work with active customers to solve problems, increase sales, and help drive efficiencies starting with the customer needs to production by ensuring precise forecasting, and encouraging timely orders and communicating shipping terms.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Meet annual sales revenue goals by working with clients to ensure forecasts are met, and orders are placed ahead of the due dates.Work directly with production to make sure that customer expectations are fulfilled and in line with production timelines.Target company generated leads, identify, and connect with decision makers, and identify new opportunities for growth within these leads.Communicate with key company capabilities and product strengths.Have fluency in manufacturing core competencies, product features, applications, packaging, regulatory, quality, and service.Work directly with the Customer Outcomes Manager to ensure sales orders are entered as desired by both parties.Communicate frequently and fluidly between all parties.

Qualifications College degree or equivalent/applicable experience desired.3-5 years of business-to-business selling experience in a complex sales environment.Experience selling technical products into regulated industries is preferred.Good cultural fit: Team-oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated, high-energy.Excellent communication and team interaction skills, routinely interacting with customers, manufacturers, and internal staff.Excellent Presentation skills.Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and territory.Excellent analytical skills and ability to sell strategically within an account.Ability to understand individual customer operations.Willingness to travel to customer locations.Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office).
