SCCM To be based in Vancouver, WA.
This is a Windows Systems Admin Position.
(Not Service Desk or Desktop Support). Experience in medium\large companies with SCCM (Support Level 2 and 3) as well as experience working on medium\large datacenters: +200 Servers.
Develop and maintain documentation of all processes associated with administration of Wintel environments and duties performed by system administratorsWork with the Engineering and Operations teams on the development of patches that will be applied to the Production systemAssist in developing, maintaining and reviewing complete system documentationAssists in capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning on assigned systemsPerforming audits and analysis of application environments for the purpose of ensuring proper configuration management and consistencyWorks within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategiesOversees network/computer resources and installation of new equipmentMaintain current knowledge of industry best practices and trends, as well as new developments for the technologies deployed/supportedInteracting with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issuesAssist with team member training and continually look for areas of improvement while providing a high level of service delivery and systems administrationITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementMonitoring and tuning appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentExperience as a Windows Systems AdministratorExperience working in an environment with complex networking solutions with fundamental knowledge in networking principlesExperience managing enterprise level Active Directory StructuresExperience creating and maintaining Microsoft Group Policy implementationsExperience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolutionStrong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team playerMust have some experience with SCCMExperience working in a medium to large data center (i.e.
200+ servers)
