Our client, a national law firm, is seeking Client Services Representative to perform a variety of administrative functions to assist paralegals and attorneys in representing their clients fairly and efficiently by completing all intake and case related documentation on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:Call potential and/or existing clients to provide or obtain informationMaintain consistent contact with current clients through regular follow-upProcess requests, research, and update information in the Case Management system accurately and in a timely manner Requirements:2+ years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferredStrong customer service focus; track record of providing exceptional customer service via phoneHigh school diploma requiredStrong communication/interpersonal skillsBilingual (Spanish and English) a plus with extra pay Schedule:Monday- Friday (8:30-5 or 9-5:30)
