Branch Manager – Security & Low Voltage Distribution

Direct-Hire Full-Time Role

Columbus, OH Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM In-Office Only

Career Crafters is proud to represent a leading client in the security, surveillance, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems industry who is searching for an experienced Branch Manager to take charge of daily branch operations and lead their Columbus, Ohio location to new heights.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Business Growth

Drive revenue by developing strong relationships with security contractors, integrators, and installers

Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Build market presence and boost customer loyalty

Operations Leadership

Oversee daily logistics including order processing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and showroom maintenance

Ensure branch compliance with safety and company standards

Maintain detailed records of sales performance, inventory, and client interactions

Team Management

Lead a team of Inside Sales, Administrative, and Warehouse professionals

Set clear goals, provide coaching, and build a high-performance culture

Recruit, train, and develop staff to excel in their roles

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge at every touchpoint

Quickly resolve issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

Financial Management

Own the branch’s profit & loss accountability, budgeting, and forecasting

Keep a close eye on expenses and seek out cost-saving strategies

What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years in branch management or distribution within the security/low-voltage sector

Expertise in products like CCTV, fire alarms, intrusion systems, and access control

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Sales-driven mindset with solid business acumen

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
